Zone 3 West Transmission Main
This project will extend a 20-inch water transmission main from a dedicated pumping station at 18th & Kellogg Reservoir site to the Zone 3 Kansas Reservoir, located south of the Hansen Park development.

Columbia Center Blvd & W.Quinault Ave Intersectio
Project will provide a 2nd left-turn (LT) lane for added turning capacity for eastbound traffic turning north onto Columbia Center Blvd. A 2nd through-lane will be provided for westbound traffic on Quinault Ave. The project will be constructing curb, gutter, retaining walls, sidewalk, ground sloping, asphalt overlay, landscaping and street signal improvements within the existing intersection.

Steptoe/Gage Intersection Improvements
The Steptoe Street/Gage Boulevard intersection project will increase capacity and functionality with the addition of double left turn lanes, double through lanes and right turn lanes in all directions of the intersection. The project will consist of widening on all corners of the intersection, installation of new curb, gutter and wider sidewalks, retaining walls, landscape revisions, a new traffic signal, an asphalt overlay and lane striping revisions.

Deschutes & Columbia Center Blvd Intersection
Project will provide a right-turn lane on W. Deschutes Ave for added turning capacity for west-bound traffic turning north onto Columbia Center Blvd. In addition, proposed work will be in preparation for extending a third lane for north and south-bound traffic on Columbia Center Blvd.

Sharron & Rainier Water Improvement
Install 1,300 LF of new 8-inch water line in Sharron St and 3rd Ave. Install 2 new Fire Hydrants. Install 42 new service laterals to existing homes.

Canal Drive Sewer Line
Installation of a new 12-inch dia. sewer line down Canal Dr. from the US395 bridge approximately 600 LF eastward to replace failing concrete line on the south side of roadway.

Garfield/Blackberry Canyon Storm
Project will pipe the storm outfall flows from Blackberry Canyon to Park Hills Drive, eventually flowing into the Frog Pond off 10th Ave.

Creekstone Settlement Repair
This project will implement an assessment from a geotechnical study which recommended that the existing backfill material over the settled sewer lines be removed and replaced.

W. 46th/W.47th Ave. Storm Drain Improvements
This project will install a storm drain system on 46th Ave and 47th Ave and route it to the Ely St. storm drain system.

Ohrts Subdivision Storm Drain System
This project will alleviate localized frequent flooding in the Orht's Addition Subdivision by installing a storm drain system.

Metaline & Keller/Johnson/Irby Sewer Replacement
Replace an aging 6-inch concrete sewerline in an easement in backyard areas.

Orchard West Estates Offsite Sewer
Replace an aging 8-inch concrete sewerline within the KID right-of-way.

Misc. Storm Improvements
This project includes 3 site locations to improve storm drainage. Proposed work will involve the installation of manholes & piping to improve the storm drain system and to alleviate flooding issues at the Southridge Blvd & Ridgeline Dr. Roundabout & S. Kent St. sites.
